Returns Policy

At Haiku POP, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns up to 30 days from the date the package was delivered.

  1. Eligibility for Returns: All returns must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. 

  2. Return Period: We provide a 30-day return window. This time starts immediately from the time of delivery. We extend the 30-day return window from to 60-days on the months of November and December for the holiday gift seasons. 

  3. How to Return an Item: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization by using the below form. Once we receive the request a shipping label will be provided to the email on the order or mailed to the ship to address. One the return has reached our facilities we will process the credit within 24 hours of the return.  Please note: refunds can take up to 5 to 10 business days on the original payment account based upon the issuing credit bank and their policies. 

  4. Shipping Costs for Returns: Haiku POP adopts an all-accepting return policy. Unless the item is defective or the return is a result of a Haiku POP error, the shipping cost of returned items will be at the customer's expense. However, Haiku POP will issue a free return shipping label as long as the item is not excessively used and falls within the 30-day return window.

  5. Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. If you haven’t received a refund after two weeks, please contact your credit card company or bank first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

  6. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will provide you with instructions.

You can message us here directly to issue a return. Please add your information, the reason for the return, and the order number. We will send a reply with returns labels by PDF to the order email issued within 24 to 48 Hours of reception.
